Marilyn B. Crankshaw

Marilyn Beulah Crankshaw, age 84, of Belding, passed away at Laurels of Kent Nursing Home in Lowell with her husband and daughter by her side on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. She was born on January 21, 1941, daughter of John and Beulah Florence (Skinner) Stockton, both of whom preceded her in death. She graduated from Greenville High School and was a homemaker throughout her life. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and made many Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls over the years to give to family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

Marilyn leaves to cherish her memory, her dear husband, Richard W. Crankshaw, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage; her daughter, Bobbie L. (Ken) Dulek of Belding; grandchildren Steven Mcelhaney of Seymour, Indiana, Brian (Anna) Ferguson of Greenville, Aimee (Greg) Huyser of Belding, Joshua (Lacey) Dulek of Panama City, Florida, and Benjamin (Madison) Dulek of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 9 great grandchildren; a brother, William (Becky) Stockton of Grand Junction, Colorado; a sister-in-law Helen Rice of Belding; and several nieces, nephew, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Ziegenfuss, who passed away in 2023, and siblings, Donald Stockton and Kathy Martina.

Interment at Fort Custer National Cemetery is being planned and a graveside memorial service will take place at a later date.
