Donna J. Blundell

Donna Joyce Blundell, age 88, of Belding, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away at home under hospice care, surrounded by her dear family on Saturday, June 25, 2022. She was born in Byron Township, near Grand Rapids, on July 25, 1933, the daughter of Joseph and Alice (Sytsma) Marshall. She worked in several capacities throughout her life, including owning and operating a campground on Bluegill Lake for many years. Donna was a long-time member of the Greenville Eagles Club.

Donna is survived by her sons, Kurt Simmons of Belding and Bob Simmons of Sand Lake; a sister, Patricia Steffens of Ionia; grandchildren Julie and Robert; 2 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Terry in 1968, a sister, Carole Payne and a niece, Lora Adrainse.
