Gail C. Hallman, age 63, of Southgate, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 18, 2011. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of Leland Colquit and Virginia (Gould) Hallman. Following high school Gail completed two years of college coursework and worked in several capacities during her lifetime, most recently prior to retirement, she was a manager at an insurance office. She leaves to cherish her memory a son and daughter -in-law Gerald and Jennifer Padgett, granddaughters Bethany and Allison; a great granddaughter Rebecca; and a brother, Dale Hallman. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Ronald G. Padgett.
Private memorial services are being held.
